When to use this
- You’re tired of typing the same title and participants for a meeting that repeats every week.
- You want a certain meeting to always be organized with the same custom document template.
- You want a note to share itself to Slack the moment the meeting ends.
Set it up
Next to the folder, open [⋯] → [Folder Settings], then use the Automation tab.- Note title: The default title for new notes created in this folder.
- Participants: The participants added automatically when a note is created.
- Custom Document: The templates generated automatically when recording ends. Select as many as you like. To learn how to build one, see Templates.
- Auto Share Settings (Optional): Connect a Slack channel that receives the note automatically after recording ends. For details, see Sharing Automation.

Can I preset a template on a single note?
Presetting per note isn’t supported. Set it on the folder, then create the note inside that folder.Does it apply to notes already in the folder?
