What is a one-page document?
A one-page document is a summary that structures the whole conversation by topic. Instead of listing things in chronological order, it groups them by subject, so someone who wasn’t in the meeting can read it and understand the key points as if they’d been there.- It’s created automatically when recording ends.
- It’s written in the language you set as your recording language.
Turn auto-generation on or off

If the default one-page format runs too long or doesn’t match the structure you want, define your own format.- In templates, build your own template with the sections you want. If you prefer a concise summary, write that instruction in.
- In a note, click the [Generate Document] button and pick that template, and the same conversation is organized your way.
