Open the all audio files screen
In the mobile app, go to [Settings] → the [Management] section and tap [All audio files]. Your offline recordings stored on the device are organized by date, along with how much storage they use. You can search by title, and pull down to refresh.What you can do
- [Play file]: Listen to a recording before you convert it.
- [Create note]: Upload a recording you haven’t converted yet and turn it into a text note. Your usage is deducted at this point.
- [Select] mode: Tap the select button in the header to pick files and run the next actions.
- Download: On Android, files save to the Downloads folder. On iOS, the share sheet lets you save to the Files app and elsewhere. One file at a time.
- Share: Export the audio to another app without converting it to text. One file at a time.
- Delete: Remove the selected files.
How are files stored?
- Recordings are kept in storage reserved for the Tiro app.
- Offline recordings you create yourself stay until you delete them.
- Audio saved temporarily during live recording is cleaned up automatically to manage storage, either after 7 days or when the device runs low on free space. Download anything you want to keep ahead of time.

Can I share several files at once?
