Tiro automatically sends a range of emails: signup verification codes, team invitations, note shares, trial notices, and more. If one doesn’t arrive, here’s how to find it yourself.

Where to look first

Tiro emails often get filed somewhere other than your inbox. Check these five places in order.
  • Spam / junk folder
  • Gmail “Promotions” or “Updates” tab
  • Search your mailbox for “Tiro” or noreply@send.tiro.ooo
  • Double-check that the email address you signed up with is correct
  • If you use a work email, ask your IT team to allowlist the send.tiro.ooo domain

By email type

Team invitations

If you were invited to a team but don’t see the email, the address you signed up with may differ from the invited address, sending the invite to a different workspace. Search your whole mailbox for the sender noreply@send.tiro.ooo, and if it’s still missing, ask the person who invited you to resend it.

Note and folder share notifications

Even without the share notification email, you can find shared notes and threads right away in the sidebar once you log in to Tiro.

Payment receipts

Payment receipts are sent directly by Stripe, the payment service. If you didn’t get one, search your mailbox for the sender receipts@stripe.com. If it’s still missing, email hello@theplato.io and we’ll look into it for you. Payment receipts may go to the address you entered directly in Stripe rather than your Tiro account email.
