Why register participants
- Tiro recognizes participant names more accurately in your records.
- When you start a new note, you can quickly search saved names and add them.
- You can search your notes by participant.
- In speaker diarization, you can pick a registered participant the moment you change a speaker tag.
- Inviting participants to a note after recording is easier too.
How to register participants
Open participant management
Go to [Settings] → [Profile] → [Participants]. Anyone you typed in while creating a note shows up here as well.
Adding participants to a note
When you create a new note, type a name or email into the [Participants] field and your saved participants appear. Just select one to add them. For someone who isn’t registered yet, enter their name and email right there, and that info gets saved to your participant list too.Frequently asked questions
